The Mongolian American- Agency for Domestic International Services (ADIS) is a cooperative initiative between,

ADIS Mongolia and ADIS USA.

Both organizations specialize in consulting, facilitation, and services for Mongolian and American organizations.

Our primary focus is on US program facilitation and supporting strategic partnerships that support better work, business, and social opportunities for Mongolian citizens in Mongolia and afar.

All our specialists have their own specific niches in a broad range of fields, that range from academic management, procurement, and international import, so collectively we have the necessary skills and networks to accomplish challenging projects with a hands-on approach.

MUNKHGAL (TOM) TULGAA

Head of International Operations

Tom has been in the foreign relations and consulting industries for the past 8 years, and has primarily focused on implementing socio-economic projects at the National level, pertaining to the fields of education reform, foreign policy, and immigration issues.

He is currently residing in the greater Chicago area and enjoys spending his free time in, writing poetry, philosophy, and horseback riding.

JAMES K. JUDKINS

US ADVISOR & BOARD MEMBER

James K. Judkins is President of JKJ Workforce Agency, a full-service H-2B facilitator specializing in the Foreign Labor Industry. He has 4 decades of experience in both the mobile entertainment industry and processing non-immigrant alien workers in other crucial US work sectors.
He is also one of the initial founders and current board member of the Seasonal Employment Alliance and advises on issues relating to public health, bicultural relations, and US foreign policy.

SUVDERDENE (SUVDAA)
JARGALSAIKHAN

Head of Domestic Operations

Suvdaa specialized in foreign services at the diplomatic branch of the National University of Mongolia. Soon after, she completed her Master's Degree in Project Management at Missouri State University and has worked on several projects, pertaining to foreign communications and project development. She is an avid film buff and proud rotary member.

TSERENJAMTS (JAM) GULUG

DOMESTIC ADVISOR & ATTORNEY

Jam is a licensed attorney and law professor, who specializes in international litigation, corporate law, and civil legal policy. He has previously worked as a litigation specialist at the Supreme Court of Mongolia and served as a District Attorney from the years 2018 to 2021.

He enjoys his free time, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities in the Khangai regions of Mongolia.
